This concept of a group of like-minded individuals who all want to succeed and want to help each other achieve success in their businesses. Imagine if a group of people who meet bimonthly to help you achieve what you want in life. This is the idea behind Mastermind Rutland.
Mastermind Rutland
- A collective of ambitious business owners who meet to discuss business matters confidentially.
- Members act as an Advisory Board providing the range of expertise enjoyed by larger businesses (e.g.: financial, legal, sales, marketing, leadership).
- Meet bi-monthly on Tuesdays 8.00am-12.30pm at Stapleford nr Oakham. Plus, one full-day planning event per year.
Typical bi-monthly agenda:
i. Welcome Breakfast
ii. Performance update: reviewing progress over last period v targets session
iii. Mastermind session: members updates & challenges seeking guidance.
iv. Business planning and goal setting.

Member behaviours:
- Committed: All arrive to meetings energised and willing to support and commit to meeting.
- Confidential, where information disclosed during a meeting may be reported by those present, but the source of that information may not be explicitly or implicitly identified.
- Honest: Members are business owners with no financial or shareholding interests in one another, providing unbiased and honest feedback on the challenges raised.
Application Process:
New members invited to attend part of a live meeting to explain their business, what they need from the Mastermind, and what expertise they can contribute. New members agreed by majority vote.
Pay fees of £35 per month via DD into the Mastermind account to cover room hire/food.
